Sydney street art: Cleveland St, Surrey Hills.

 

Yesterday when I walked past here my eye was caught by these black and white portraits pasted on the wall.

 

  (I'm a fan of black and white and also of portraiture so hard to not be pleased by them.)

 

When I walked back past today someone had tried to rip them off (a little unsuccessfully) and billboard posters had been stuck over them.  

There is a fair bit of street art here (not as much as Melbourne but still more than Auckland) and I reckon it is chur as.
